Istrouma provides developmental sports leagues for kids 4-17 years old. Team sports include 5U Boys & 6U Girls Basketball in the spring, 17U Boys Basketball in the spring, Baseball + Softball in the spring, Boys & Girls Basketball in the summer, and Flag Football & Volleyball in the fall.
Istrouma also provides opportunities for adult recreation. Adults have the option to participate in basketball, disc golf, fitness classes, pickleball, and volleyball.
