Istrouma provides developmental sports leagues for kids 4-14 years old. Team sports include basketball in the winter, baseball & softball in the spring, and flag football & volleyball in the fall.
Istrouma also provides opportunities for adult recreation. Adults have the option to participate in fitness classes and pickleball.
